Supplier Code of Conduct

Lavish Morocco values the collaboration of vendors and service providers within our network to elevate the experiences of our clientele. To engage in business with Lavish Morocco, we expect all suppliers to adhere to the following Supplier Code of Conduct:

  1. Liability and Indemnification:
    • It is agreed that Lavish Morocco assumes no liability concerning the provision of goods or services. Suppliers agree to indemnify Lavish Morocco against any claims arising directly or indirectly from the provision of goods or services.
  2. Service Quality and Compliance:
    • All services rendered for Lavish Morocco clientele will be executed in a professional manner, adhering to the instructions provided at the time of the service request. In instances where the requested service cannot be provided within the specified timeframe or manner, suppliers are obliged to notify Lavish Morocco promptly, no later than two (2) business days after the service request if no timeframe is established upon booking.
  3. Terms & Conditions:
    • Any Terms & Conditions of service must be communicated to Lavish Morocco before the engagement. Specifically, details related to cancellation policies, refunds, or scheduling must be transparently outlined at the commencement of the engagement.
  4. Insurance Requirements:
    • Suppliers are required to maintain current General Liability insurance amounting to no less than $1,000,000 or $5,000,000 for high-risk activities (such as automotive transport, equestrian activities, nautical excursions, etc.) involving inherently dangerous elements.
  5. Non-Solicitation and Business Conduct:
    • Suppliers and their associated entities must refrain from soliciting or accepting business from sources introduced by Lavish Morocco, including Lavish Morocco clients, partner brands, or other suppliers, except explicitly for the provision of benefits outlined in this agreement, without prior written consent from Lavish Morocco.
  6. Non-Disparagement:
    • Suppliers and their employees must strictly refrain from making derogatory comments or criticisms, whether written or oral, directed towards Lavish Morocco, our clients, staff, or partner brands.
  7. Data Protection and Privacy:
    • Suppliers must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws concerning any personal data handled in connection with the agreement. This includes obtaining necessary consents for processing personal data, not retaining or selling protected data, and ensuring secure processing and storage of such data.
  8. Cardholder Data Security:
    • Suppliers must ensure the security of any cardholder data (credit or debit) provided by Lavish Morocco through any means. Compliance will be monitored in accordance with PCI guidelines, and Lavish Morocco reserves the right to terminate agreements if security procedures do not meet acceptable standards.
