Who we are
Lavish Morocco is a private concierge and lifestyle management service based in Agadir, Morocco. For anything relating to your personal information, write to contact@lavishmorocco.com.
What we collect
When you send a request through this website, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of guests, country of residence and the content of your message.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information contained in those messages.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal.
- To arrange the services you ask us to arrange, which may mean sharing relevant details (for example, names and dates) with hotels, drivers, guides and other providers involved in your plans.
- To remember your preferences, if you become a client, so that future arrangements suit you.
We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Legal basis
We process your information with your consent, given when you send a request, and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you, or to perform that agreement.
Service providers
This website is hosted by Vercel, and requests sent through the form are delivered to us by email using Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Morocco, under their own security and data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep what is needed to look after you and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@lavishmorocco.com and we will respond promptly.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) in Morocco, or the data protection authority in your own country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
